When you think of the future of work, what do you picture?

The world of work is changing. Workforce transitions are accelerating. Adoption of digital technologies and agile management, aging populations, green economy investments, and e-commerce are all changing the way we work and the types of jobs we engage in.

Perhaps more importantly - Gen Z will make up a third of Australia's workforce by 2030. An overwhelming 86% of Gen Z workers are expected to be entrepreneurs.

Did you know Australia is a nation of small business owners?

98% of all businesses in Australia are small businesses - and almost two-thirds of those businesses are sole traders.

Small business enriches lives through improved flexibility, purpose, community and autonomy - not to mention economic security and employment.

In 60-minutes, we'll reflect on:

  • The future of work
  • Life beyond service in the Australian Defence Force
  • What it takes to start a business

+ Q&A and networking with the Governor-General of Australia.

This event is great for SMEs, young innovators and explorers, and industry giants looking to amplify Australian SMEs in their supply networks and procurement processes.

Interested in the future of work? Thinking about starting a business? Or want to help the next Gen? Join us to learn more.

All guests will also go into the running to win a raffle basket of products from veteran & family entrepreneurs.
