IMC 2023 International Maritime Conference is a highly informative, engineering focused conference which will provide a unique opportunity for people involved in maritime and naval affairs to discuss the latest maritime developments.

Please review the important registration details and conference entitlements on this page below before proceeding to complete the online Registration Form.

Please note that the Conference is open to all. All persons planning on attending the Conference, including presenters must register.

For IMC 2023 International Maritime Conference, members of one or more of the three Organiser Institutions (RINA, IMarEST, EA) will receive a 20% member discount on registration to the Conference.

*To qualify for the Student Rate, delegates must be full-time students and be able to provide relevant documentation upon request.

• There will be no onsite registration available.

ENTITLEMENTS

Your registration fee entitles you to the following:

IMC 2023 International Maritime Conference sessions
All official documentation including Conference proceedings.
Attendance at the IMC 2023 International Maritime Conference Welcome Function sponsored by Teekay Shipping
(please note: that this entitlement is not included for Day Registration delegates or One Day Presenter registrations).
Morning tea and lunch daily in the IMC 2023 delegate dining area.
Access to the Indo Pacific 2023 International Maritime Exposition.
Access to Industry Networking Functions, held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the Exhibition Halls as part of the Indo Pacific 2023 International Maritime Exposition.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations must be notified in writing via email to the IMC 2023 Conference Secretariat:-

Before 25 August 2023 will receive a full refund of fees payable.
After 25 August 2023 receive a 50% refund of fees payable.
After 6 October 2023 there will be no refund.

Registration may be transferred to another delegate from the same organisation but the Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing via email. Please note that any transferred member registrations must also provide membership details to the Conference Secretariat at time of notification.

STEP ONE

Click the Register Here button below where you will be directed to the main registration page.
As a delegate or presenter to IMC 2023, you have two options, please choose whichever is most relevant. For all non-defence personnel please click on the ‘Trade Visitor’ button and for all defence personnel please click on the ‘Defence Personnel’ button.
Please note that photo ID is required for registration.
Please follow and complete all steps until you reach the Paid Conference Sessions page.

STEP TWO

On the Paid Conference Sessions page, you will have the option to select the IMC 2023 International Maritime Conference
Please select the registration that you require (Delegate, Presenter, Presenter One Day, Student, Delegate Day Only) and complete all steps.
All registration types (except the Presenter – Day Only and Delegate Day Only registration) will include a complimentary Welcome Function ticket. Please follow the prompts if you would like to purchase an additional ticket.
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address.

STEP THREE

Print at Home badges will be provided for all IMC 2023 International Maritime Conference delegates and presenters and Indo Pacific 2023 International Maritime Exposition trade visitors.
You will receive your print at home badge and access instructions for the venue via your nominated email approximately one week prior to IMC 2023 International Maritime Conference / Indo Pacific 2023 International Maritime Exposition.

Official Defence ID is necessary and must be carried with you at all times while attending

If you have purchased an additional Welcome Function ticket, these will be collected onsite from the Indo Pacific 2023 International Maritime Exposition Customer Service Desk within the registration area.
The ‘Trade Visitor’ badge (non-defence and defence personnel) will be valid for entry to IMC 2023 International Maritime Conference sessions and entry to the Indo Pacific 2023 International Maritime Exposition from Tuesday 7 to Thursday 9 November 2023 inclusive.
